Idiot liberal moves from a blue state (because it sucks to live in) to a red state(because it’s great to live in) and then votes to turn it into a blue state. Incredible.

Jealousy is not to be taken lightly. Whenever you identify jealousy, know that you’ve just identified a deadly threat. The bible says jealousy is as cruel as the grave.

Ten million people have watched a comedian accidentally destroy the entire TED talk industry.
He filmed the talk once at TEDxNewYork in 2014 and openly admitted he had nothing to say.
Speaking coaches charge $5,000 to teach the exact tricks he used in 6 minutes to say nothing at all.
His name is Will Stephen. He is a comedian from Late Night with Seth Meyers who was invited to give a real TED talk and used it to prove the format is a costume anyone can wear.
Every TED speaker opens with a question, tells a personal story, cites a scientist, and shows a chart. Stephen did all four in six minutes with zero content.
His entire formula fits on a napkin.
Gesture with both hands. Ask the audience a question anyone can answer. Tell a mildly embarrassing story so they say aww. Point to a stranger on a slide and call them important. Flash a chart of random numbers. Wear glasses with no lenses. The audience will think you are brilliant.
That last trick alone has probably cost the public speaking coaching industry a hundred million dollars in sessions clients should have skipped.
"If you watched me on YouTube with the sound off, you would think I was a genius."
That is Will Stephen on the TED stage, three minutes into the talk he was paid to give. He wasn't lying.
Executives pay $15,000 for a keynote coach and still open with a joke the room never laughs at. Founders rehearse their pitch for weeks and still sound like Stephen at minute four, saying "wagga wah, gabba gabba" with authority.
The talk is free on YouTube. The method is written across every TED speaker's playbook for ten years.
Stephen still writes for Seth Meyers. Almost none of the ten million viewers have stopped nodding at empty slides since.
The formula is free. The willingness to actually say something before your next keynote, pitch, or townhall is the entire edge.

Under @SecRubio's leadership, the State Department has undertaken an unprecedented review of U.S. visa holders, resulting in the revocations of over 300,000 visas -- the most in American history.
USCIS now expects 248,905 people a year to ask permission to keep filing on paper.
That is the estimate in its Oct 30 notice for new Form I-936, the waiver under the online filing mandate in effect since Aug 11. Each request takes about 30 minutes: 124,453 hours and $6.09M a year.
The waiver is for real hardship. USCIS says being unfamiliar with online filing or not having an account will generally not be enough.
Paper was still 57% of USCIS receipts in FY2025, down from 91% in FY2016. DHS puts net savings to filers at about $518M a year.
My view: moving a 13 million request agency off paper is overdue.

1 million+. That is how many paper benefit requests USCIS rejected in FY2025, and about 25% were rejected solely over a fee problem, such as the wrong amount. Online filing calculates the fee for each case. Source, DHS e-filing rule (91 FR 51924):

Today is October 31, 2026 - the border is CLOSED, the streets are SAFER, we’re BUILDING things in America again, and Donald J. Trump is the President of the United States of America. 🇺🇸
HUD just filed to keep checking immigration status before public housing and Section 8 aid.
The Oct 30 notice (OMB 2577-0295) counts 123,930 noncitizen status checks a year: 83,835 at new admissions and 40,095 at annual recertification, across 3,645 housing agencies.
The full collection, including the HUD-9886-A release form, totals 305,338 responses, 42,727 hours and an estimated $1.30M a year.
Federal law (42 U.S.C. 1436a) bars HUD aid to people without eligible status. Comments are due Nov 30.
My view: verifying status before handing out housing aid is basic stewardship of taxpayer money.

24 months. That is the minimum aid cutoff in 42 U.S.C. 1436a(d) for a tenant who knowingly lets an ineligible person live in a public or assisted unit. Mixed-status families get prorated aid, based on the share of members whose eligibility is established.

Donald Trump gets emotional about his first ever election without Charlie Kirk. Donald Trump says he believes Charlie Kirk would have been PRESIDENT...
"It's one of the saddest things that has ever happened in politics. He had a great future."
The President says he used to tell Charlie he had a "Presidential future" but Charlie was more interested in making sure Trump and others got elected, not himself.
"He was a tremendous guy and we miss him. We're always going to miss him. He was special"
This is the first election we've had since Charlie's assassination. There was no one more instrumental in energizing the youth vote in 2024. Anyone who watched him behind the scenes knows he worked tirelessly for this movement.
We owe it to Charlie to get out and Vote.
Do it for Charlie.

2.2 million. That is how many enforcement actions USCIS says it took to revoke or terminate status since Jan 20, 2025, which it calls nearly 7x Biden's final two years combined. Listed actions include denying nonimmigrant extensions or changes of status with no legal basis, NTAs, TPS and categorical parole terminations.
My view: a per-category count would make this far easier to check.

3,000+. That is how many PRC nationals DHS says used the CNMI visa-free travel program (EVS-TAP, 14-day max stay) in FY2025. DHS suspends it today, Oct 30, at 2 PM EDT; after that they need a regular nonimmigrant visa.

“Clarity”? Happy to translate.

We were clear.
You were hoping we were kidding.
We’re not.

That is Scott Guthrie in his division's internal AMA, two days after Microsoft offered buyouts to about 60,000 employees and a week after the US Gov’t suspended their PERM filings.
He told visa and green card holders Microsoft will "continue to sponsor" them.
He said Microsoft is "working with the US administration to get clarity," and "we're not sure that everyone's looked at the right data."
