The university seems intent on destroying its truth-seeking function in order to get into the business of conferring social justice certifications. This is a mistake, not least because its comparative advantage in truth-seeking is a lot greater than in social justice certificates
The AAUP again suggesting faculty rights be subject to popular vote. Colleges can prioritize diversity; but not by letting a majority of faculty pick the approved view. Not to mention the First Amendment simply doesn't permit this on public campuses. aaup.org/report/diversity-eq…
