Wrapping up a strong pre-season on Saturday with @GovsFootball. This off-season was all about grinding getting 1% better everyday! I’d like to thank Coach Derek, Coach Alvin and @CoachChaim_BAT. Coach Chaim runs a detailed program with maximum effort strength & conditioning, skills & drills and competition with some of the best athletes in the area! I was able to improve my 60 shuttle to 11.67 and my triple broad to 31 feet.
