Good morning to everybody thinking about ways to create content again in healthy ways. ☕️ I’m feeling inspired but thoughtful about my past hobby (making videos). It made me feel alive but tanked mental health (posting on social), finances (buying gear), and sleep (editing).

Усі нації світу заслуговують на те, щоб жити вільно, без навʼязування чужої волі військовим чи політичним шляхом. Але ніхто не може вважати свої кордони захищеними та безпеку своїх людей гарантованою, поки Росія намагається зробити агресію та крадіжку чужих земель глобальною нормою. Очевидно, що припинення російського терору й виведення всіх російських військ з усієї території України – це те, що здатне зупинити цю війну. Україні та всьому світу не потрібні ні заморожені конфлікти, ані тліючі війни. Мир потрібен. Саме про шлях досягнення справжнього та справедливого миру, без жодного російського шантажу й обману, ми говорили сьогодні з делегацією глав держав і високих представників країн Африки. До складу делегації увійшли Президент Союзу Коморських островів Азалі Ассумані @Azali_officiel, Президент Південно-Африканської Республіки Сиріл Рамафоса @CyrilRamaphosa, Президент Республіки Сенегал Макі Салл @Macky_Sall, Президент Республіки Замбія Хакаінде Хічілема @HHichilema, Прем’єр-міністр Арабської Республіки Єгипет Мустафа Мадбулі та спеціальні представники президентів Республіки Конго Флоран Нтсіба та Республіки Уганда Рухакана Ругунда @RuhakanaR. __ All the nations deserve to live freely without imposing an alien will politically or by military means. But no one can feel that their borders are protected and the safety of their people is guaranteed while Russia is trying to make aggression and theft of foreign lands a global norm. It's obvious that the cessation of Russian terror and the withdrawal of all Russian troops from Ukraine's entire territory is what can stop this war. Ukraine and the whole world do NOT need either frozen conflicts or wars on a slow burner. Peace is needed. Today, we talked about the way to achieve a true and just peace without any Russian blackmail and deception with a delegation of heads of state and high-ranking officials of African states. The delegation included President of the Union of the Comoros Azali Assoumani @Azali_officiel, President of South Africa @CyrilRamaphosa, President of Senegal @Macky_Sall, President of Zambia Hakainde Hichilema @HHichilema, Prime Minister of Egypt Mostafa Madbouly, and special envoys of the presidents of the Republic of the Congo and the Republic of Uganda Florent Ntsiba and Ruhakana Rugunda @RuhakanaR.
