what's the likelihood of controlling a system where hawke's processes are significant s.t. that it's stationary or at least has "steerable drift?"
is it possible to estimate level of effort/control required? effects on society & culture? #accelerationism

This is a trap. DO NOT let Claude connect to your android with adb to macro the shell
And why aren’t the permissions limited on your smart device?
(bc it requires cognitive load and pondering the existential mysteries of a machine that knows you in ways you know you can’t grok)
I can't sleep after this shit... Claude Code just found 12,154 photos of my face on the old Android I used for 8 years. I never took a single one of them.
The front camera was firing almost every time I picked the phone up. In bed, on the train, in the car, or when I just grabbed it to check the time.
They were real camera frames sitting in a hidden folder, each one with a timestamp and a location. None of them were in the Gallery or in Recently Deleted.
I plugged the phone into my laptop, turned on ADB and told Claude Code to look for front-camera files that weren't in my photos. It pulled a folder inside Android/data that belonged to a flashlight app I installed in 2019 and completely forgot about. 12,154 files.
I started scrolling. Almost all of it was from the last 15 months. Then I saw a file created 2 seconds ago, while I was still looking at the folder. The phone kept taking photos of me as I was reading this.
On Android 8 any app with camera permission can shoot in the background, and you get no green dot or any other warning when it does. That flashlight app had camera and location access from day one.
I uninstalled it, took camera access away from everything that doesn't need it and cleared the folder. How many of these photos already went somewhere else, I don't know.
If you want to check yours, plug it in, turn on USB debugging and ask Claude Code to find front-camera files outside your Gallery and show which apps used the camera and when.
Here’s your chance to make whatever laws you want. No pressure @TheDemocrats

The election results are going to be real awkward in about 6 months. Idk why people are looking at economy & data centers and thinking “democrats”
I think we’ve lost our shit
Economy: needs a real resolution in Middle East. Several ways it could get worse. Not many options to improve. Appeasing Iran/houthis brings no guarantees, gains ZERO real leverage
Data centers: local issue. Federal regulation is tough to unwind. Dial 1(800)-Y-U-LOBBY …

A 2×2 matrix A makes the plane flow by x′ = Ax, and each flow is one of nine kinds: points sink, escape, spiral, circle or settle on a line.
The kind is set by the eigenvalues of A, the roots of λ² − (tr A)λ + det A = 0. det A < 0 gives a saddle. Above det A = (tr A)²/4 they are complex: spirals, or a centre if tr A = 0. Below it, nodes; on it, star and degenerate node.
The stable spiral here has tr A = −1, det A ≈ 2.65, so λ = −0.5 ± 1.55i.
“It’ll be fine later, we’ll just use the thing to fix the thing” is typically a code smell.
I made a lot of assumptions (taking the “limit of x->accelerationism”; similar napkin math with argmax for parameter extraction & likelihood estimation )
But…

The culture of tech use is also similarly limited in flexibility. Generally, it’s easier 2 build:
- greenfield networking systems in areas w/ limit WAN options
- smart grids in areas w/ limited electrical grid
Education & Integration b/w systems are always the biggest costs
Every disparate system & every different
type of system MUST reflect information about other integration(s) in order to be joined…
This is why the combinatorial complexity of rapid AI software development is an inevitable problem

"A construction of Kakeya Sets in Arbitrary Dimension"
arxiv.org/abs/2607.14824v2
A Kakeya set in ℝⁿ contains a unit line segment in every direction. Besicovitch showed that in the plane such a set can have area zero, by sliding thin triangles until they almost entirely overlap.
The Kakeya conjecture says the set still cannot be small in a finer sense: its Hausdorff dimension is always n. Davies proved this in the plane in 1971, and Wang and Zahl settled three dimensions in 2025.
On 26 October 2026, OpenAI said its models proved Sogge's local smoothing conjecture in every dimension, which implies Kakeya for all n. The AI-generated proof and a Lean formalization are public; independent review is pending.

This H3 hexagonal index may work as a discrete spherical domain... but maybe there are better maps for structuring the "precision r" for nD arrays/maps

(Not really a joke. Why does that neuron stick out like that...)

it's just so irritating. the frustration would vanish if i could just not be isolated for a few weeks/months in the right places.
bc obviously, it can't be this complicated, right?
