Patient w/ complex cardiac history presented w/ recurrent AFL & AT. Dr. Sunil Sinha & Dr. Eunice Yang @hopkinsmedicine sequentially mapped alternating tachycardias w/ RHYTHMIA in <36 minutes. Using LUMIPOINT and DIRECTSENSE, both tachycardias were terminated w/ a single RF lesion

Used DirectSense ablation catheter first time today. Nice to see the quick local impedance drop correlate with attenuation of EGMs on mini-electrodes in a thick area of tissue. Temporal tracking of impedance from catheter tip excellent. #EPeeps @krishmd @psharmadoc @RushMedical
