Its been a day of 2 halves!! This morning was a visit to my Botox physio & too many needles being stuck in meπ³π
Then this afternoon it was a visit from my new physios who came to see what I need to sort my aches & pains & get me moving again hopefully #NeverSayNever #BeMoreAlex
Still feeling ropey today but getting there.. had to go to Liverpool this morning to get my baclofen pump refilled before it ran out!!! Found out the really bad spasms Iβm suffering from at the mo is because my chest infection is making my spasticity worseβ¦its a CP thing π€·π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ

Got a very miserable young man though & no @AlisonMoyet gig tonight for me π’ Hopefully I can pick up a ticket for Blackpool instead π€
Well that was a quick trip to A&Eβ¦my chest is still not good but a new GP said I needed an xray & oxygen π³ so packed me off to A&E π€¦π»ββοΈ
Thankfully sensible Dr checked me over properly, listened to Mum & Dad & let me out with just antibiotics β¦like we wanted!!
