βοΈ Sunlight is on Product Hunt today!
Say hello to the first camera-based infinite canvas window manager for Mac
Link in comments π
tbh the most beneficial skills from aiforui by @emilkowalski i've been utilising tons is the engineering-vocabulary and design-vocabulary, because precise input is the foundation of pristine output
itβs humbling to be inspiring in someoneβs eyes!
keep up the good work - iβll follow with interest!
Inspired on @alextraykov awesome work on Glyph I created Calibrated a techincal drawing skill for claude
Check it out: calibrated-design.vercel.appβ¦
fun fact:
the sound design of the shot was voice-recorded in apple memo's for claude to work on
legit me going
"ok boop boop then brr then boop, not beep beep then bopbopbopbop"
we live in amazing times

The chances of being killed by a landmine delivered by a bear are low, but they are never zero.

βοΈ Sunlight has your desktop and widgets covered!
I had a lot of fun building this positioning control:
- desktop items and widgets work just like windows
- drag the little dot to choose where they live on the canvas
- hide them altogether if you prefer using Finder

I might open source Sunlight a bit earlier than Iβm comfortable with.
While 99% of you were awesome and asked for early access, collaboration on the repo and tips on how Iβm doing some things under the hoodβ¦
β¦ a few others decided to copy the experience with 0 recognition.
i was on the back foot thinking i already knew most of the stuff
i was COMPLETELY wrong
tbh the price is worth it just for the skills themselves which are saving me tons of back and forth in polish and prep for handoff on a day to day basis
Iβve been working on something new: aiforui.dev/
AI for UI has 28 skills and 20 lessons on building great interfaces with AI.
More than 3,000 people have enrolled so far. Itβs $299 instead of $399 until early access closes on Friday.
The full course opens in 2027.
