Not all winning performances have to be technically specific. Determination and grit is the key when playing conditions become tricky. Well done Barking U23s, another 3 points.

🔵 Welcome to Stow, Nicky Ironton! 🔵
We're delighted to announce Nicky Ironton as our new first team manager. He was most recently with Welwyn Garden City, who he lead to a finish in the play-off places last season.

Full time: Walthamstow 1-3 Ashford Town
Stow created so much, but we're punished by Ashford who scored two long-range efforts and a neat one on one finish.
All the best to them in the next round, and especially their injured skipper.
