Just got my beta access revoked to @ytartschool's new vibe coded painting app, my cubebrush account deleted and banned from their discord, because I'm also a tester for Kala?? Quite petty and insecure tbh. @MokoCreate Is this how you plan on treating all your future customers?
It's been 3 weeks since Kala released and we already got multiple major updates with new features requested from discord, and full abr support. Here's a performance comparison between ps and kala, same document size (3000x4000), same brush size (3000 px):
If you are looking a way out of Adobe hellscape, my friend @ollylawson has been making his own painting program Kala, it's insanely optimized, blazing fast, has most of the features you need from other big software + new and inventive stuff, no-subscriptions, it's great.

Here are a couple paintings i made this week with it. Lasso paint is the most fun i've had with digital painting ever. Best thing about this app is the dev behind it, since he is an artist himself, all development goes to artist-friendly tools like this. And he's super active.
I've already switched to Kala fully for my daily painting, you can try here: kalapaint.app

Historian Michael Wood takes us to a coffeehouse in Kars, Turkey, where a traditional bard (aşıks) performs the “Epic of Köroğlu.” As seen in 1979’s “In Search of the Trojan War.”

We’re happy to finally share Thousand Wheels, a hand-drawn detective puzzle game inspired by Ottoman medieval art .
Search crime scenes, collect evidence, connect clues, identify suspects, and build storyboards to uncover a mystery stretching across parallel universes.
Every murder is different.
But somehow, they’re all connected.
Our Steam page will be live soon, along with more screenshots and gameplay reveals.
Stay tuned. 🃏
