60% of the SP 500 is in bear market right now. That's VERY unusual but not unprecedented.

Black denim rarely needs an introduction. It has moved through workwear, punk, rock, skateboarding, streetwear, luxury fashion and everyday wardrobes with such consistency that its familiarity can make the material…

Wow!
Ken Paxton is done!
The Wall Street Journal just published this video reportedly showing Paxton partying in Dubai with fugitives.
This is the end. He should definitely resign.

Margaret Qualley and Aaron Pierre tell us what ‘LOVE OF YOUR LIFE’ taught them about embracing life’s difficult moments and finding beauty in the complexities of being human:
“You have to learn to fall in love with your own life. I think that there’s moments when that’s really easy and there’s moments that that’s really hard.”

How many people over 50 have a book, business or invention they've never started?
For years, turning an idea into reality meant money, technical skills or hiring help.
AI now makes some of those first steps cheaper.
And faster.
What would you finally try?

You were born with a DELETE key for your emotions. 🗝️ Master Mantak Chia teaches that fear, phobia and trauma are stored in the kidneys — and that by looking into the kidneys and spiraling the energy there, you can delete them. Anger, frustration and jealousy? He says they're stored in the liver. His teaching from 45+ years of Taoist practice — not medical advice.
Full episode with Master Mantak Chia on The Human Experience podcast. If you had a delete key, what would you erase first?

Have y’all ever seen @marclamonthill this animated about the suffering of Black people in America or Sudan or Congo or Haiti as he is about Ilhan Omar?
Give Grok @Bot your hardest tasks
THAT'S F*CKING INSANE, GROK BOT JUST PLANNED MY TRIP TO LISBON AND BOOKED IT WITH MY CARD.
I ONLY HAD TO ASK. IT HANDLED THE RESEARCH AND THE BOOKINGS.
Elon Musk recently used Grok Bot to buy LEGO for his kids. That made me want to test something bigger: whether it could fully plan, research, and book my trip to Lisbon on its own.
Grok Bot searched for travel options, compared prices, and booked what I needed using my card and the details I provided.
Here’s what it handled:
→ Researched options for my Lisbon trip.
→ Compared prices and picked the best-priced options it found for my request.
→ Completed the bookings using my travel and payment details.
My trip was booked.
Think about how much time usually goes into this: searching, comparing options, checking availability, and filling out booking forms.
This time, I gave that job to Grok Bot.
That’s what makes this interesting to me. A task that normally takes my time and attention ended with real bookings after I asked an agent to handle it.
Now I want to see what else I can take off my to-do list.
I covered the latest major Grok Bot updates and more ways to use them in my article below.

A ring does not give you the right to control someone. It gives you the responsibility to honor, respect, and protect the person you vowed to love. Marriage is not a license for ownership.

You were doing the right thing and the wrong thing happened. God wouldn’t have allowed it if it wasn’t going to work for your good somehow. It may have come in as an enemy, but God knows how to turn it into a footstool, into something that propels you further.
