A very wet and windy route check this morning and another parkrun in January cancelled 😩 it’s time for spring. #loveparkrun #highlandweather #alnessparkrun #labrador #running

Alness parkrun - CANCELLED Make a coffee and go back to bed 🤣😴. It’s horrible out here.

Bracken and I popped out before dark to see what the route was like and will be out again in the morning to see if the wind has died down. Keep your eyes peeled in the morning for a parkrun update. #loveparkrun #StormEowyn

Alness parkrun CANCELLED - Sat 4th January The route is very icy, and with the forecast staying cold it’s not likely to improve overnight. We have our fingers crossed for better weather next week. #loveparkrun

New Years Day Alness parkrun CANCELLED Wishing you a Happy New Year from all of the event team and hope to see you Saturday (volunteers still needed) #parkrun

A reminder that Alness parkrun is cancelled today 21 Dec. Hopefully see you next week. Merry Christmas from the event team. #loveparkrun

Alness parkrun CANCELLED - 21 December Unfortunately due to the weather warning of strong winds we have cancelled tomorrows parkrun. The pier is just so exposed it’s not sensible to go ahead. #parkrun

We are on this morning. Caution of icy patches on the airfield but other than that good #parkrun

Please be aware if you are planning to travel to Alness parkrun.

Parkrun route check is done and we are good to go #loveparkrun #run

I’ve been out on the route check, it’s very wet and muddy but other than that all good to go. Some spots may resemble a cross country route more than a parkrun, so be prepared for wet feet. See you in the park at 9.30 #loveparkrun #run

Views from the pier 💛🏃🏼‍♀️ The route check is done and everything is looking good. See you in the Crawl Park at 9.30 #dfybc #lovetorun #loveparkrun
