The glowing Apple logo on hover would be the perfect little Easter egg for the new MacBook page.

A few upgrades to the Claude mobile apps this week: On iPad and iPhone Duo: what Claude makes now opens beside the chat instead of over it, and goes full screen when you want a closer look.

Regular strength and aerobic exercise are associated with a better-functioning brain in middle age. Women who did resistance training regularly had faster reaction times than those who did aerobic exercise or no exercise at all. Regular exercise of any type was associated with better working memory, with the clearest association among older participants. This was a cross-sectional study of women aged 35-63. But it's hardly specific to this female age group. Brain health is one of the main reasons I exercise. And, as I’ve discussed, the older brain remains capable of responding too. In a separate randomized trial I cite often, a year of aerobic exercise increased hippocampal volume by about 2%. That’s a region critical for learning and memory. All types of exercise deserve a spot in the conversation about brain health, though it's interesting to see there may be some domain-specific effects!

My new book "The Law of The Sublime" comes out on November 10th. I wrote this book because we struggle today to find more meaning in our lives, and to experience the world in ways that go beyond the virtual. The Sublime connects us to the immense forces in the universe, to the inner worlds of other people, and even to other species, lifting us out of ourselves and giving us the dimensions and depths we yearn for in our lives. Bold and beautiful approach
in sales, i refuse to send one-pagers, presentation slides, loom videos, or other scaled collateral three bullets crafted for them OR we’re in product together showing off the magic to whom needs to see it with a highly contextualized storyline anything else, is too far removed from their world-view yes, this is in enterprise sales

Still my favorite @petersellis quote, when I asked him what it's like to manage @nikitabier "I think of Nikita like Liam Neeson from Taken. If your daughter gets kidnaped, he has a very special set of skills, and he's going to employ those skills. But then when you need him to raise the daughter, or buy some groceries, all he knows how to do is just kill everybody in the grocery store."
