Ramsey Elkholy. Prince Andrew — who Massie said committed sex crimes in the United States too. Lesley Groff — “not a victim,” he said. She “conspired with Epstein to traffic other women.” A year after the first Epstein Files Transparency Act was signed, Massie says the government is still sitting on more than 3 million files. So he introduced Epstein Files Transparency Act II — to take the fight into state courts, put heat on DOJ, and give survivors a path to closure. He’s collecting 218 signatures to force a vote.
