Exactly one week ago, a tweet was posted from my account. It was up briefly before being deleted. I had to temporarily deactivate my account to regain access, but what happened during that period taught me a lot and opened my eyes. I could have spoken up immediately to address what was being circulated, but I chose to stay silent and watch everything unfold. In doing so, I learned things I might never have known if that tweet hadn’t gone up. Let me be clear: I did not post that tweet, and I have never been suicidal. Whatever situation I find myself in, I give myself time to work through it. Over the past week, I’ve been scrolling, observing and taking note of the narratives about my “downfall,” gambling ruining my life and all the other rumours. I’ve lost over $1 million in a single day before, and all I did was go to sleep. A gambling loss will not break me. I believe in my ability to bounce back, but everything that came to light this time has changed my mindset and how I approach things. 😊 I wish I could stay completely silent and offline, but I have deals in place that require a consistent social media presence, so I’ll be around for now. ☺️
