People think depression means you’re sad and crying all day, but that’s not always the case. For me, it’s like being stuck in a twilight zone. I don’t feel like talking, I don’t respond to much, I can’t think straight, and nothing really interests me. I’m not sad, I’m not mad, I just feel empty. Like I’m here, but I’m not really here. I have a lot of days where I feel like this, and those days be harder than people realize. Sometimes I just want to be left alone because I don’t even have the energy to explain how I feel.

I felt compelled to finally attend church today & that’s the best decision I’ve made all year.
I used to watch this church I went to on YouTube & just felt the need to attend this evening. I ran into an old friend & I’m beyond thankful for God’s grace. ❤️🩹🙌🏽🙏🏽
