Police have released an e-fit of the man who approached a dad and his child in a pushchair in Dover, made โinappropriate comments,โ then started pulling the pushchair away from him. Incident happened in broad daylight at 4:30pm.
So weโre now at the stage where random blokes will just have a go at taking a toddler and the official response is an e-fit six weeks later. Brilliant.

I am often asked what my priority would be if I was the prime minister. 1. Build 5 large modern day prisons. 2. While the prisons are under construction I would recruit 10,000 police and place them through a detailed training program to make their jobs recognised professionals. 3. While the prisons are being built.Recruit prison officers and make and pay them into respected professionals. 4. I would find the money by cutting back on military expenditure. In fact I would offer soldiers to apply for police or prison officer jobs. 5. My understanding of asylum seekers is that if they are trying to leave an oppressed county where they are in danger, they are supposed to go to nearest safe county. Police are appealing for help to locate a missing three-year-old boy in Brantham.
Noah was last seen at approximately 3pm this afternoon, Tuesday 17 September, when he became separated from a relative after visiting the playground in Merriam Close.
Noah is reported to have run off down the alleyway beside the playground towards the new build housing estate.
Noah is described as white, with curly ginger hair. He is wearing a white Bluey t-shirt, shorts and white trainers.
Emergency services are currently in Brantham conducting searches. Residents in the area are asked to check their gardens, sheds and outbuildings.
Anyone who believes they have seen Noah is asked to contact Suffolk Police, quoting CAD 203 of 15 September.
