The numbers behind the Rasmalé–Eagle Hills deal wave some serious red flags. It goes far beyond we even imagine. Whole deal is devastating. When I look at the cold data, the numbers tell a horrific story.
🚩 $24B total land value handed over with a $0 upfront fee (given for free)
🚩 A 99-year lease that completely outlives anyone born today
🚩 Developer villa sales projected at $35B vs. a meager $3.1B cut for the State
🚩 A payback timeline stretching from 42 to 298 years, erasing 60% of present value (NPV)
And within 99 years it's nearly impossible to recover even the price of the total land value we are handing over to the Eagle Hills.
