π¨ TCS is a Christian programπ¨
We will never hide who we are. We love every player, regardless of his beliefs, and force faith on no one. But every player will have the opportunity to hear about Jesus, experience Christian community, and decide for himself.
We had a powerful team meeting today! Details belowβ¦

TCS Team 13 is HAMMERING the Fuel Station! βΎοΈβ½οΈ
Yesterday alone, the boys consumed 300 chocolate milks. π
Thereβs no secret to why our body transformations are so impressive.
Fuel. Train. Transform.

The ball was caught.
IT STILL WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH. βΎοΈ
After 30+ minutes of the 21-Out Drill in 100Β° heat on turf, the final out was secured on a pop-up.
But the communication was wrong.
Coach Cunningham - an 18-year college baseball coach - didn't let it slide.
Lower-priority fielder: 1 ball call.
Higher-priority fielder: 3 ball calls.
The SS, moving into the outfield, made a 3 ball call when his priority required only 1!
Some call that too demanding.
GREAT COACHES CALL IT THE STANDARD.
A good result doesn't excuse poor execution.
THE CATCH MATTERS.
THE COMMUNICATION MATTERS MORE.
Details win games. π₯βΎοΈ

Theyβre not just warm-ups. Theyβre part of the standard.
Medballs. Arm bands. Ozzieβs. Ladders. Ankle bands.
Our guys learn early that discipline has a cost - but regret costs more.

Itβs going to be an awesome year watching this group develop on and off the field.
