@jk_rowling I just finished The 1/2 Blood Prince for the 26th time. Dumbledore is such a great example of how age makes us feel like we know better than those younger than us. He is a warning that wisdom does not make us invincible.
He is such a complex character. Each time I reread the series I find myself finding him more complex. He is arrogant, brilliant, loving, cruel, powerful, comforting, & terrifying. Sometimes I dislike him, other times I see there wasn’t another way & he did the best he could.
