However the end is never good with this company. STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES - We invested in this company many years back, visited their plants and had many interactions. It's a completely unreliable management. They used to guide for some random margins and growth which they would not achieve, and announce huge Capex suddenly. They had a conductor business which was doing very well. They demerged that into an unlisted and gave piddly amounts as buyback price to shareholders, since it was unlisted most people sold to the management. I and our clients held on to the share and eventually realized almost 10X if I remember rightly. Both these companies are moving up as AI linked plays. However I will never touch them with a barge pole. Maybe they will do well but for me at the first yardstick of management credibility they don't make the cut
