M1 v. M2 Macrophage 'polarization' is not a reality in many tumors. Yet, the DEGREE of monocyte/macrophage commitment is aligned with/by Treg AND CD8 abundance and phenotype and classifies patient outcome. @amujal @alexis_combes Find it here: biorxiv.org/cgi/content/shor…
