nobody prepares you for the amount of pain and grief you experience when you have to forgive yourself for believing someone was actually a genuine person. the hardest part isn't just their betrayal. it's the shame you carry for ignoring your instincts.
Oh im sorry if i still whined about how hurt it was. How i still cant take any meals and only took a couple of tiny snacks through the whole day. How grief still hurt like hit u with a truck on random days. I thought this particular person was my last one until he showed he wasnt

It's still funny i still learn how to eat after that kind of grief. While maybe the other person is already living his best life act like nothing happen.
