What a Night!
The Panthers have scored 121 points this season, their most through the first 4 games of a season in franchise history.
Tetairoa McMillan recorded 14 receptions for 192 yards, both the second-most in a game in franchise history.
Arvell Reese's pressure caused one first-half interception vs. the Cardinals, and he secured another later on by making a heads-up play off a deflection.
Reese's stat line at intermission: 4 solo tackles, 1 TFL, 1 INT
Zay Flowers came into the day with the most receiving yards on in-breaking routes of any player in the league this season (178 yards), per @NextGenStats, and he missed the second half of the season opener + Week 2.
Has been lethal in that department.
Back in 2022, Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. and Giants CB Deonte Banks went head-to-head when they were playing for Ohio State and Maryland, respectively.
Harrison wins against Banks here and makes a nice over-the-shoulder TD catch on the fade.

Steelers logged Aaron Rodgers' 75ish hand signals in a Google Doc.
Seahawks tracked by hard-copy notebook only, shredding game plans weekly.
Eagles waited til after training camp to really use, so cut players wouldn't know.

Jerry Jones & Co. keep making deals. Since the 2025 offseason, the Cowboys have traded for the likes of:
WR George Pickens, DT Kenny Clark, DT Quinnen Williams, LB Rashan Gary, LB Dee Winters, OT Broderick Jones, CB Joey Porter Jr.
Pickens, Jones + Porter all came from PIT
Trade! The Steelers and Cowboys are finalizing a deal sending CB Joey Porter Jr. to Dallas, sources tell @ringer @netflixsports.
Can’t stop watching Dontayvion Wicks look at the clock, stick his hands out in confusion and then raise them to signal touchdown when he sees the possible spike turn into a TD.
Heady play by Hurts + impeccable split-second communication btwn him & his OL.
Dillon Thieneman picked off 8 passes in college, including a pair last season at Oregon.
His first NFL interception comes in primetime. This summer, I featured Thieneman, who's been learning on the fly and making an instant impact for the Bears.

By trading J.J. McCarthy now, the Vikings save over $4.6M in cash and cap space and get an unconditional fifth-round pick in the next draft that, depending how the Giants finish, could end up being a top-150 selection.
Meanwhile, New York adds another former first-round pick QB.
Trade! The Vikings are sending QB J.J. McCarthy to the Giants for a 2027 fifth-round pick, sources tell @ringer @netflixsports.
With Jaxson Dart out for the regular season, New York adds another young QB, while Minnesota gains flexibility and McCarthy gets a fresh start.
Dolphins' top remaining offensive options:
QB Malik Willis
RBs Jaylen Wright (missed Wk 3), Ollie Gordon II
WRs: Malik Washington, Caleb Douglas (missed Wk 3), Chris Bell
Upcoming games before Wk 6 bye: @ Vikings, vs. Bengals
#Dolphins star RB De’Von Achane suffered a torn ACL, sources tell me and @AdamSchefter, and he’s out for the season.
In an already trying season for Miami, the team loses Achane.
Through 3 games, 49ers QB Brock Purdy leads the NFL in EPA per dropback (+0.63).
His 133.1 passer rating is tops in the league. He’s tied for first with 9 TD passes. Against the blitz? He’s 14/20 with 293 yds, 5 TD and 0 INT.

Keep thinking about how the Cowboys have a 10-hour flight to think about 7 seconds
IT'S NOT OVER, TIL IT'S OVER!
The Ravens started their drive with 0:07 seconds left in regulation, the latest start to a game-winning drive off of a kickoff since 1978 (including playoffs).
This is the first game in the Super Bowl era (since 1966) that each team made a FG in the last 0:10 of the fourth quarter 😮

my optimism about Kyler Murray pairing with KOC was because I thought he could tap back into his ability to launch deep balls.
those two connections with Jordan Addison, one off under center PA and the other on 3rd down, on the last drive were a great snapshot of that.

NFL Power Rankings leads off with a too-early, knee-jerk question: Is it possible the Vikings are the best team in the NFC North? Or, perhaps, it's not that crazy to already wonder that. sports.yahoo.com/nfl/article…

Ben Johnson said that he does not think Caleb Williams will practice this week but he has not ruled him out yet for Week 3 against the Eagles. Called the news the Bears received on Williams' hamstring injury "somewhat encouraging."
It sounds like Caleb Williams avoided the worst of it. His hammy scare was just part of the Bears' disastrous Week 2, though.
Granted Brian Flores had Mother Nature on his side, but he won this round of the proverbial boxing match vs. Ben Johnson.

Bears QB Caleb Williams avoided any major injury to his hamstring Sunday, tests confirmed today — and the team isn’t even ruling him out for next Monday’s game against the Eagles, sources tell @ringer @netflixsports.
A massive sigh of relief in Chicago.
