Gordon Elliott on Romeo Coolio
🗣️ "He had an unbelievable first season over fences and won three Grade 1s. He's a high-class horse and the plan is to go to Down Royal.
"Whether we go for the Champion Chase or the Racing Post Chase, we'll see, but he's come back in looking very strong.
"He won his Grade 1s over two and two and a half miles. I think two and a half miles is probably his ideal trip, but now he's a year older he could make into a three-mile horse.
"I'm not sure really, but we could find out at Down Royal if he goes to the Grade 1. And at least if you find out at the start of the season, you know where you're going then."

"Sell United and f*k off home" sing MUFC fans, the only good thing about the club right now.
And it's right. The Glazers have made their money many times over for 21 years. Fans never wanted it and that takeover should never have been allowed. Do the right thing: sell up and go.

Sloppy 2nd half… no intensity, too much walking! G Nev spot on.
We don’t get enough people in the box when attacking!

Years of decline, standards slipping. Supporters treated like customers rather than the lifeblood of @ManUtd
The supporters have kept their side of the bargain, have the people running Manchester United?
Time for the Owners to go!

Utter folly! Scrap VAR
Confirmed. Man City goal WAS a mistake. Pro Ref spokesperson said: “Following the incident in the 60th minute of Sunday's Premier League fixture between Manchester United and Manchester City at Old Trafford, we can provide clarification regarding Erling Haaland’s awarded goal.
“The on-field decision was offside against Erling Haaland – that was checked by VAR and he was found to be in an onside position.
“In the same attack, it was established that Enzo Fernandez did not play the ball and therefore that makes any offside offence subjective, however, on this occasion, the VAR did not recognise the likely impact of his position and should have recommended an on-field review.
“Contact has been made with Manchester United this evening to acknowledge what we deem is an error of judgement. A review of the incident will take place.”

RIP Galopin Des Champs 💔
We're heartbroken to learn that the dual Gold Cup hero tragically suffered a fatal injury in his field this morning.

All @ManUtd match-going Reds need to read this. Many will know my brother Harry. Has worked his socks off for fans for decades. I won my appeal, but the tone in the response painted a clear picture of the future. I stood with him and returned my Platinum #SeasonTicket too. 🔴⚪️⚫️

The 2.55 on Dec 28th 2021 @LeopardstownRC was a moment a lot of people won’t forget.
It was when Galopin Des Champs announced himself. He won his beginners chase in breathtaking fashion.
He was an outstanding horse who danced every dance over fences.
Thousands of us loved him.
He was up there with Kauto Star and Denman as the best staying chasers in the past 20 years.
Thanks for the memories.
Legend. 👏👏👏👏
