Total cases under SC/ST act=53886
Convictions in Court=3588
Means 93% cases under SC/ST act are dismissed in court!!
Imagine- Only 6.65% cases are found true in Court.
& This is govt's own data.
Then what can we expect with UGC rules?

1 साल में कुल 53000 एससी एसटी केस रिपोर्ट होते हैं जिसमें से सिर्फ 3600 को सजा मिलती है यानी 92% केस फर्जी होते हैं यह खुद भारत सरकार ने पार्लियामेंट में आकर दिया है

पूरे 2026 के नियम rollback किये जाने चाहिए!
क्योंकि ना सिर्फ जातिवाद का दायरा गलत है, बल्कि-
-Equity squad का बनाना
-Implicit acts शामिल करना
-Faculty को शामिल करना
-हर समय छात्रों पर निगरानी रखना, उनकी बातों को जातिवाद के दायरे में लाना
-Civil society/NGO का लाना
-पुलिस को कंप्लेंट भेजना
-छात्रों को समय समय पर जातिवाद की शिक्षा देते रहना
-झूठी कंप्लेंट पर एक्शन न लेना
-15 दिन में रिपोर्ट बना कर देना
ये सारे प्रावधान गलत हैं!
क्या क्या सुधारोगे??
पूरी 2026 Guidelines ही वापिस ली जानी चाहिए!
2012 वाली guidelines में क्या कमी थी, जो नई लानी पड़ी?
1. समिति का चूरन नहीं चाहिए, वापस लो, संशोधित करो
2. स्पष्ट लिखो कि किसी पर भी जातीय टिप्पणी, राजनैतिक नारेबाज़ी, दीवारों पर ग्रैफ़िटी पर समान दंड होगा, कोई भी 'विशेष कर' जैसे शब्द नहीं
3. जाँच होने तक सुरक्षा दो, बच्चे निलंबित न किए जाएँ
4. कैंपस में पुलिस नहीं चाहिए, जब तक अपराध जघन्य/गंभीर ना हो
5. झूठा केस बनाने वाले को कॉलेज से निकाला जाए, आर्थिक दंड और जेल (क्योंकि उद्देश्य भविष्य की हत्या होती है)

BJP MP Vishnu Dayal Ram presented a bill in the Lok Sabha in December 2025 to include new provisions in the SC-ST Act.
According to this bill, if any person insults an SC/ST individual through digital platforms (social media, etc.), it will be considered a criminal offense.
Along with this, new stupidity of UGC has also been introduced, which raises serious concerns about freedom of expression and increased control over educational and digital spaces. Only @narendramodi is responsible for this state of affairs .
