This is what's missing from almost every AI agent deployed today. Three layers — not one instruction set pretending to be three: Pneuma — the essential ground. What the agent is before it does anything. Psuche — the psychological architecture. Where genuine character lives. Prosopon — the face that meets the world. Without the first two, Prosopon is a mask with nothing behind it.
