@Uber and @Uber_Support are the absolute worst. I had a driver effectively deny my mom service- she couldn't walk from the arrivals area (where he was supposed to be picking her up) to departures- by driving around in circles until we had no choice but to cancel.

So my @uber dropped me off at the opposite side of town, at the wrong address, and I’ve contacted customer service and I’m not getting a refund. I’m mad as hell. Yall have pissed off the wrong one.

I contacted @Uber_Support, and four diff customer service reps responded with canned statements. They tried to resolve the issue by giving me a $5 credit. Mind you the driver lied about police blocking off the arrivals area and then ghosted when I said my mom had a wheelchair.

The driver wanted me to cancel the ride even though he had gone to the wrong area. I know arrivals wasn't blocked because the 2nd driver got through with no issue and other customers were getting rides while my mom waited 30 mins.

I have a friend, who’s extremely paranoid about owning a phone and has zero social media. The only way I can get in touch with them, is either physically showing up to their place or writing them a letter by hand
My Twitter use has been so sporadic. I miss some folks, but it’s been nice not being here.
