Very disappointed and surprised at the attitude of @LloydsBank towards a colleague who has been the victim of a cyberfraud. So much for their new APP policy and protecting their customers! Apparently, it's "her fault". Not very compassionate.

I've now tried 4 different sales people (twice) at 2 different dealerships (@InchcapeUK and Hatfields Liverpool) to give me quotes for a new car. Not one has followed up as promised. The must be smashing their Q1 targets already!
Great night at @tomasmithmusic gig in #Liverpool last night. 1st saw him @KendalCalling when he was a kid covering ISAG by @slowreadersclub. Now he's like an edgier, more energetic version of Tom Grennan and ready for a bigger stage! Get him back Kendal!

Our incredible team of 102 (yes, you read that correctly) fantastic fundraisers have just set off on the 3 Peaks of Yorkshire challenge - a 25mile trek in under 12 hours! ⛰️

1st international business trip in years! A really enjoyable trip to see the fast expanding @iqblade team in Barcelona and meet up with other @Tech_Data colleagues. Great city and some superb meals.

Shocking cust service from @TeamKnowhowUK today. Cancelled a 4th visit claiming that a part that was IN stock on Monday now wasn't. Mrs Y has lost a day's holiday from NHS waiting in for them. She asked for escalation call and was told no point as a manager wouldn't help.
I'm usually a big fan of @SamsungUK but I've spent hours this afternoon trying to wall mount a TV. The spacers supposed to be provided are missing and support doesn't even know how to spell the word. It's going back to @curryspcworld tomorrow. #notVESAcompatible
