The Punjab Government’s continued defiance of the High Court’s DA order is now before the court again.
The Punjab & Haryana High Court has summoned the Chief Secretary on October 5 to explain what action the government has taken on the Division Bench’s August 3 judgment, which directed release of DA and arrears within the prescribed period.
Instead of implementing the court’s order, the @BhagwantMann government has chosen to approach the Supreme Court with an SLP.
How long will Punjab’s employees and pensioners be made to wait for what the High Court has already recognised as their rightful dues?
The @AAPPunjab government must stop delaying and implement the court’s order.
