Finished my first 3.6 appraisal in Total. Clean E&O run, signed, went to create zip and alamode servers were down. Tried again this morning and suddenly I have more "errors". What a load of trash
The 3.6 appraisal is like an electric car. Still an appraisal. but new guts behind the scenes & it's MANDATORY in a week. Software companies are modify (imaging putting an electric motor in a 2006 Jeep) or were born for it. (imagine Tesla or Lucid), it's a huge change!
I'll be happy if the Brewers or Rays win. First ring in franchise history for a small market team is awesome. But no sweep. We need at least 6 games. The last out is always bittersweet. I want a reason not to go trick or treating next saturday.
