If Baylor wins out and Utah goes 9-0, Baylor only needs Oklahoma State to lose once. Beating BYU, Texas Tech and Houston gives Baylor those tiebreakers, so Oklahoma State is the only other team that can still reach 8-1.

Useful detail from Illinois: 11 of 18 from three in the first half. 0 for 7 in the second. Baylor still won by four. Rebounding (47-38) and bench scoring (43-37) carried it. Shooting comes and goes. Rebounding and bench depth can win you the bad nights.
