so I’ve got an impromptu 4 weeks in China. I’ve got a few major goals while I am here. We’ve not taken any sprints for this period (yet). We’re still jamming with clients but I wanted to spend some time working on the business a bit. Goal one? Overdue website refresh. Who’s keen to give feedback on some deploys?

last night I was sneakily enjoying pilsner and oysters at the German Gymnasium and I’ve just woken up in Shanghai. Tf am I supposed to do now?

I was having dinner with a client recently. I posited him a question which had an underlying assumption that if you give everyone access to LLM's, surely everyone just 10x their productivity? he pointed out in response that what an a player does with LLM is utterly different from what someone else would do with one.

we’re kicking off another sprint this week. Lots of out work these days looks a lot like this: Designed & built design system 2-3 weeks of product work, with one week dedicated on uplifting the agent UX.
