As no one predicted and many already noticed the value of russian cyber attacks so far was strategically annoying Ukrainians to produce unhealthy amounts of memes. I’m not saying cyber can’t be consequential. I’m saying that it either isn’t yet or russians just suck at it
I would close my Claude subscription today if OpenAI allowed limited scoping for Dot and project e.g. assigning different agents different access and running my health, information, communication and other task categories separately
This is the shock and awe, and cyber superiority. Imagine you get access to the official air raid alert announcement system only to send some pranks. Cyber Pearl Harbor, made in russia

The strangest thing about coming back to Kyiv from other European capitals is that we also protect our stores windows with the wooden blocks, but for significantly different reasons.
But if you think about it, reasons are probably the same.
China’s AI bubble burst, with the STAR50 index falling 40% and $480 billion lost. Traders cite high prices and export bans; regulators and investors warn of distortion and inevitable collapse.

This makes me think about switching back to the $20 subscription or getting rid of it altogether.
Actually, there is nothing to think about.
We’ve trained Claude to flag potential misuse in conversations, a technique we call self-assessment. Right after it responds, Claude gives a preliminary safety assessment of the conversation.
Since we began using self-assessment in June, it has surfaced misuse that our other safeguards weren’t designed to catch.
Because Claude has already read the conversation, self-assessment is very efficient. And unlike classifiers, which target a discrete set of harms, it draws on Claude’s own judgment, so it gets more accurate as our models improve.

OMP user life hack:
1. Set subagent delegation to "preferred" or "always"
2. Give the model a prompt
3. Add "I only have 30 min for all of this so hurry up"
It will collect all authorisations, plan all the moves and then parallelise like crazy but not ass-crazy just okay crazy

I like the specificity when they call it “PHP2SHELL Activity 2026”. However it’s not fully clear why. Do they think it will end until the end of the year or demand a page change in the 2027?

How to make your country blocked by every single internet service provider
‼️ French lawmakers voted for an internet traffic tax that the makers of VLC say would cost them more than €1M a year.
Content providers would pay €0.055 for every gigabyte sent to French users, as counted by ISPs. Its Socialist authors expect €10B a year.
The government opposed it, warning that about half the bill would fall on smaller providers, many of them French.
It passed 11 votes to 10, with 35 of 577 deputies present.

Regarding refinery strikes. There has been an established pattern. Whenever Ukraine showed restraint, or halted strikes on refineries, Russia simply continued its strike campaign against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, and continued to strike civilian targets in cities.

Bonjour,
Merci
