I made a meme.
Image of a cat with wide eyes looking at a bucket of french fries. The cat is labeled "Me" and the fries are "A new project I definitely don't have time to take on."

Galadriel in #RingsofPower: I will stop at nothing to find and destroy Sauron! Galadriel in #LordOfTheRings: Sauron? Oh, I can’t, I have bingo on Sunday. Here, have some cookies!
Next week, I'll be talking about randomness in battle system design! Great to be able to do a more specialised design talk for a change, as most events steer more on the side of generic for a wider audience. Thanks to @metacoregames for sponsoring! meetup.com/game-designers-fi…

Shoot, evade, flank, attack! When you create a game that has **battle and combat**, they’re the systems that the players interact with the most. Designing a combat system

So, I just watched the Lampshading video by @OSPyoutube, and, well, given that Ignis Universia is 99% lampshading and the fourth wall hangs by only a couple of precious threads, it gave me lots to think about. 1/ youtube.com/watch?v=G1gzqtwr…

I'm not *too* concerned about smashing that fourth wall like an attack button, because we've had plenty of feedback from the Chosen Sisters saga and the Erudite Empress demo and people certainly look like they enjoy it. But, again, even the demo is not much longer than an hour.5/

So a lot to think about! I don't think there will be any major changes, more like placing individual jokes and general tone beat-to-beat. Anyway, thanks to @OSPyoutube and Red for another excellent video! If you're not familiar with them yet (seems implausible), go watch!

Super disappointed in the new Super Mario trailer. Doesn’t capture the feel of the live action movie it’s based on.

I cancelled my Tidal sub because of their crappy apps, and they don't even have a "why are you leaving" feedback form. Hell, I could even have returned someday if the problems were fixed. No wonder Spotify can do whatever when the competition is at this level 🤷
I don't usually post about Finnish politics, but since I made a meme... #keskusta #KeskustaSePerussuomalainen

I love how these (also the popsicles thing) are just pronouncing it in Finnish. Make rally-English great again and to the market square!
