Buckley questions why COVID vaccination continues to be offered to children from six months of age and challenges the regulatory process used for these products. He then goes considerably further. Buckley says he believes Health Canada could face criminal prosecution if there were a fair investigation into what happened. He claims Health Canada was privately raising concerns with Pfizer over contamination issues while publicly reassuring Canadians about vaccine safety and quality. That deserves scrutiny. If regulators had concerns behind closed doors, what exactly were those concerns? What did manufacturers tell them? What testing was carried out? And did public messaging accurately reflect what officials knew at the time? These are questions that should be answered with documents, evidence and transparent investigation — not slogans from either side. Health Canada maintains that COVID vaccines were evaluated for safety, efficacy and quality, and current Canadian guidance still permits vaccination from six months of age. Buckley disputes whether the regulatory process and public messaging were adequate. That disagreement is precisely why the underlying records matter. The public does not need another argument. It needs the evidence. And if institutions acted properly, a transparent investigation should demonstrate that.
