En urg ophta : un patient diabétique qui dit ne pas pas voir d'un œil depuis + de 24h avec des maux de têtes et HTA à repetition. L'interne de garde dit d'aller faire une consultation chez un ophta et que ça passera. 0 imagerie, un test glycémie, des gouttes types Théalose. (1)

Qlq jrs après, consultat° avec une ophta (🫶🏼 sur elle) qui envoie faire une irm au plus vite. Une fois au centre d’imgr, tout va vite, envoie en urg en USINV. Ccl : AVC ischémique x2 avec une tension systolique montant jusqu'à 19. Le diag fut posé DIX JOURS après le 2e AVC.(2)
