Apple ships one of the fastest, highest-capacity free object stores in the world and nobody is using it. Inspired by @ironseth_s I found a way to get ~12 TB for $0. Paying $0.023/GB for AWS S3 is a skill issue. Use icloud as s3 as the goat of object stores. 284x faster than r2. Seth, let's add this to your stack!
Apple caps free iCloud at 5 GB except for Shared Photo Albums which count as 0 bytes against your quota. You don't even have to invite anyone to the album.
β’ 200 Shared Albums per Apple ID
β’ 5,000 photos per album = 1,000,000 slots
β’ Max resolution: 2048Γ2048 px
icloud-s3 packs 3 raw bytes into every 24-bit RGB pixel (R, G, B) of a lossless PNG (~12.18 MB per 2048Γ2048 frame) with a 64px HUD header + CRC32 & SHA-256 verification burned right into the image.

Might be the best one yet
Is it a database? StravaDB is object storage where every file is a private indoor bike ride, and the bytes are your heart rate.
4 bytes per second of riding encoded in all of the different activity fields.
Is it a database? SlackCache is a NEW, entirely FREE Redis-compatible cache.
Every key is a @SlackHQ message. Slack's free plan was already deleting our data after 90 days, so we turned that into a cache eviction policy.

I did what Microsoft didn't in 15 years... Bring back MSN messenger except you are not talking to your friends since you don't have any anymore. you are talking to your agents.
Every chat can spin up its own isolated git worktree branch so n agents can edit the same repo in parallel without collisions. Plus prompt queueing (/queue), Ask / Auto-edit / Plan modes, and line-quoted markdown & diff replies.
Loll @AlexanderTw33ts bout to rent everything
