ALT a large fluffy creature lays on a hardwood floor propped up its front legs. it’s mostly black with brown front legs and some white patterning on its face. it looks an awful lot like a bernese mountain dog, right down to the little brown dots for eyebrows. a pink tongue hangs from its mouth; no tusks are visible.

I've experienced the worst customer service from @TravelodgeUK. I booked 6 flexible rooms for the charity I work for, I had to cancel the rooms and they won't refund the Wi-fi for a flexible stay.
