Being neurodivergent and catching feelings is sooo hard because once you like someone, your mind kind of locks in on them you start to attach deeply and they take up a lot of your thoughts.Every little thing feels bigger, and you end up overthinking everything, from what they said to how they said it. You want consistency and clarity, but at the same time you worry about being too much or getting too attached too fast
