My team of data journalists at @sambaintel have poured over the data and think there's an obvious choice for the next #JamesBond. Lets see who @AmazonMGMStudio chooses!
We think the data doesn't validate the current front runners on Kalshi and Polymarket:

TikTok is becoming a new kind of TV remote.
We recently measured a Netflix campaign on TikTok in Australia and found a 19% lift in the show's audience.
Think about what that means. Someone discovers a show while scrolling on their phone, then later turns on Netflix to watch it.
For decades, we've thought of TV promotion as something that happens on or around television. But today, people decide what to watch long before they turn on their TV. And now we can measure that connection.
TikTok isn't the only platform shaping these decisions. Honorable mentions to our partners X, Snap, and Reddit, who are also influencing how audiences discover what to watch next.
Social media’s real power isn't just what people watch there. It's what they choose to watch next.

Apple blocking ad tech domains isn't a surprise. For years, the industry took too much data and never explained what consumers were getting in return. Apple responded by making privacy the product.
Ad tech got a little too careless — the moral high ground goes to first-party data owners.

Stan Lee's storytelling secret: Give superheroes human problems.
For more than 10 years, Bob Sabouni led global marketing partnerships at @Marvel, overseeing the marketing rollout for some of the largest films ever made, including "Iron Man," "Captain America" and the Avengers franchise.
Sabouni stopped by Samba's offices and spoke with @ashwinnavin about the art of storytelling and why Marvel founder Stan Lee emphasized humanizing superhuman characters.
Bob Sabouni @SunnyDayEntert1 came by the @sambaintel to have a chat about the process of converting @Marvel from comic book publishing into a multiplatform media company. His proximity to @TheRealStanLee @Kevfeige and the lean crew who made it happen. youtube.com/watch?v=CxES3g7z…

E pluribus unum. From many to one: is what a great culture does, how humans have overcome all obstacles in history. #ShiyazhPete undrafted rookie, first @NFL player from the Navajo Nation gets the floor after a @dallascowboys win and showed us whats great about football and whats great about America.

#MediaIntelligence 🤓🍎
Control Time with Apex Priorities, or Time Will Control You. The #stoicphilosopher #Seneca saw a flaw in human nature long before the internet, before the printing press, before industrialization or any of the technical advancements we believe are chewing up our time ashwinnavin.com/essays/apex-… 🫡
The biggest misconception in marketing is that only the biggest brands can win major cultural moments. For years, participation was largely dictated by sponsorship budgets. If you didn't own the rights, you were largely on the sidelines.
That's no longer true:
At Samba, we think of media intelligence as the map of consumer attention. By connecting signals across screens, platforms, and environments, brands can move beyond broad assumptions and understand where real engagement is happening.
Google, Meta and TikTok all shipped official ads MCP servers inside one quarter. Give them credit. That's an open standard beating closed dashboards, and it moved faster than many expected. It genuinely changes the work. Building campaigns, shifting budgets, tweaking targeting — the click-heavy parts of media buying can now go to an agent. Better job for the buyer, faster loop for the brand.
Here's what brands should plan for next. Each server is a window into one system of record. Meta's knows Meta. TikTok's knows TikTok.
What none of them can see is the household that met your brand on TikTok, saw it again on CTV, and converted three weeks later. That sequence doesn't live inside any single ad account. Arithmetic, not intent. Which means an agent reasoning from one account gives you a correct answer to a narrower question than the one you asked.
The question the marketer is actually asking: where did reach overlap, what was incremental, what did the whole portfolio do. Once, in one set of terms. Execution is solved. Decision is contested. Signal sets the ceiling on both — and no garden can supply it from inside itself.
Independent cross-platform signal isn't a check on the platforms. It's what makes what they built more valuable. adage.com/technology/ai/aa-b…
