Major real estate sites have eliminated crime data from their feeds b/c they were using biased data.
You can have unbiased data serve the same end.

Most RE sites aren't giving safety info anymore (for good racism reasons). We give you that SF safety info w/o demographic data, so no racist tones. Lots of neighborhood surprises. Inexpensive does not equal unsafe.
