3 lives lost this Durga Puja in a car accident. Young kids in twenties.
Maybe they were drunk. Maybe they were overspeeding. But the car hit a rumble strip speed breaker, lost balance, and smashed into a trailer from the side.
These speed breakers are hard to spot.
And i am talking about National Highway and their are numerous rumble strip. Even I struggle to see them.
ACCOUNTABILITY MATTERS.
Why weren’t they painted or marked.
I see officials doing it only today.
There must be consequences for negligence. An official who fails to perform their duty, putting lives at risk should be layed off immediately and must never get govt job or contracts.
Once these steps come to play, we won’t be far from building a BETTER INDIA 🇮🇳 – at Kharupatia, India
