Speaking to CIOs, there is hesitation in letting an agent directly change a business system (and rightly so). However, this is largely due to a lack of visibility in how agents operate. Our goal at Assemble is to give IT teams an agent swarm to build, fix, and maintain business systems with the necessary traceability. One way of doing this is snapshotting granular steps to make work reviewable and reversible. Take a Salesforce quote-to-cash setup. An agent might create an account, add an opportunity, and configure a quote. But each step requires its own deployment, which needs to be tracked carefully. In this snippet, you can see the changes through individual cards, with field-level before-and-after views. Your team can inspect the details and even revert a change. More autonomy for the agent. More checkpoints for your team to trust.

What changes when an AI agent has its own computer? At Assemble, we’ve seen it make the jump from copilot to autopilot. Our agents run in virtual machines that can stay on 24/7. With their own computer, they can keep working across the tools IT teams use every day. That means carrying IT work forward autonomously: investigating a Salesforce quoting issue, troubleshooting a failed integration, or tracing why an order didn’t sync between systems. So, you can immediately slash your development and ticket resolution times. Assemble’s agent swarm are your virtual business system developers that compound in knowledge.

Before you fix a business system, you need to understand how it fits together. Assemble gives IT teams agents that build, fix, and maintain business systems. That work starts with context. In this demo, Assemble's Canvas shows a Salesforce instance with its objects and their relationships. You can expand an object to inspect records and ask Assemble to explain what’s there. For teams investigating a quoting issue or planning a change, that shared view helps make the connections easier to follow.

Assemble gives IT an agent swarm to build, fix, and maintain their business systems. To maximize an agent’s capabilities, we need to provide it the same context your team already has. You can now tag a ServiceNow ticket for Assemble to manage. Assemble is built to own outcomes, not be another copilot.

Assemble builds agents that maintain your business systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday. We just shipped our ServiceNow integration! Your team can now delegate work to Assemble directly from the ticket. Assemble will gather the necessary context, investigate the issue across connected systems, and work on a fix. Assemble is your virtual teammate that works where you already do.

Assemble is IT’s agent swarm for building, fixing, and maintaining business systems like Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP. Today, we are launching: Routines. You can now delegate work to Assemble on an ongoing basis. Choose the issues or tickets to watch for, give the agent instructions, and set a schedule or an event trigger. Assemble autonomously works through tickets in the background, so your backlog is a thing of the past.

Ever wonder what your computer-use agent is actually doing? We just shipped live captioning that explains what the agent is trying to do as it works, so you’re always in the loop.

We version control everything - including your agent's own file system. When you're building on top of core systems, observability isn't a choice, but a necessity 🫡

Our Jira integration is live! Imagine a ticket comes in: new leads in Salesforce are being assigned to the wrong team. Instead of assigning your team, tag @assembleagents to have an agent investigate the routing rules and deliver the fix. Assemble is your autonomous business system developer that can now be pulled into tickets and proactively monitor as new issues pop up.

Let's say you ask your agent to fix Salesforce pricing and billing so a signed deal is ready to invoice. General agents can work through long tasks. But how you do you verify a business system change is actually made when you’re handed a long agent trace. We kept hearing this. So now, Assemble shares a screen recording of the result in the same chat like an actual teammate. The most valuable receipt is the work your teammate can actually show you, not hundreds of agent trace lines 🧾
