like yes it would be nice to have more medical treatment options, but pots and mcas are among the most easy to live with and accomodate conditions i could think of. especially with minor lifestyle changes. i carry salt with me all the time and avoid histamines. it's just annoying

Honestly, if you're just feeling pain every day without a known cause (IE if you tore a tendon, that'd be a known cause) you probably should be checked for an auto immune condition, or something. Because no. People should not live in pain every day without cause.
