Joby Weeks has had his ankle bracelet removed and computer privileges restored by a federal judge's order. Now the DOJ should toss the charges against him, as they have against the man to who Joby was allegedly an accessory. 6 years house arrest, no underlying crime.

Congratulations to Joby Weeks & his family for a long hard fight. Today after seven years, the ankle bracelet has finally been removed. There are more updates that are coming, but this is the first step to Joby finally becoming successfully free. Having access to internet, being able to travel, work & provide for his family. The fight is not finished yet, there’s still a few things that need to happen. There’s still a major lawsuit still in action. But this is A HUGE HUGE HUGE steeping stone!!! FREEDOM !
