What @krandiash is saying below gels with what I’m hearing from other smart folks.
I’ve summarized it in the graphic below.
A lot of custom post-training work being done today will be deprecated in favor of smarter models and continual learning
10-100x intelligence with continual learning is around the corner
Compute, time and effort to heavily customize models is not a great use of resources while these capabilities are emerging. They will disrupt the assumptions people are building around today.
It analogizes to adapting open source BERT variants to build models for language in 2019. LLMs disrupted this by solving the same problem through in-context learning with much less data and effort.
1. The base model will become fundamentally smarter, there are 10-100x improvements to be made in pre-training alone.
2. Continual learning algorithms fundamentally change the interface by which models are updated, how easy they are to maintain and use, and how much effort is required to adapt them to your domain and context.
3. The context and data sources from the domain, and the judgment of what good looks like will of course continue to matter. But even there, the level of data curation and feedback needed will shrink dramatically.
Of course, it's not possible for folks to sit around and do nothing, but it's good to understand the challenges the current stack might be up against in the near future.
Scaled “Startups” in India need to learn some humility for their own good. I am tired of hearing random mid-level folks calling us to integrate with them, unabashedly talking loud on how good they are and how they will transform the industry once they enter it.
And I have 10 examples of how bad it ends for them anyway…largely because of this attitude, as it shows in their execution on ground too.
Such a great show of hospitality by @airindia crew to our teammate @Soumia_Naim8 who is Moroccon and was travelling to India for the first time to celebrate @Restroworks 14th Anniversary!🙌🏼
A Journey That Began at 35,000 Feet!
First time in India 🇮🇳 and my first flight with @airindia , and what an unforgettable start ✨
A small moment during meal service turned into a beautiful surprise when the crew celebrated my first visit to India at 35,000 ft.
Thank you to the amazing cabin crew: Dnisha, Anurag, Asma, Anany, and Jasmin for such genuine warmth and kindness, I will always remember this 💙
Grateful to @Restroworks for flying me to India for Foundation Week, and heartfelt thanks to @atulsian and @sakshitulsian for building a company that feels so human 🤍 where people truly connect.
The journey truly started in the air ✈️✨

About the same time last year, we wished to work on an ambitious experiment. But we wanted to learn from the errors in our steps over the last few years and first champion the tech before crafting the experience.
Inching closer...
If you like it, please tell us.
But if you hate it, for sure tell us in as much detail as you can.
Crazy feat but no surprise with the beastly work that @Akshay001 & team @leverageedu puts in !
Congratulations folks 🙌🏼
Leverage got TechCrunchd this morning! ⚡️
The headline is that we turned profitable (without any filters, PAT+), doubled revenue to get on the $50Mn / ~₹400Cr track in FY26, and navigated amidst a whole lot of chaos.
But what we care more about, very honestly, is that we get an opportunity to help tens of thousands of students across a significant part of the world. They trust us. They come and thank us. I read hundreds of those letters.
Being profitable is a result of most of our students now coming from organic routes - brand, word-of-mouth, referrals. Same, goes down to trust. It’s been compounding. This is everything to us 🙏🏼
And delivering growth and good PAT results’ means, as I tell my team and board: we can invest in better student infrastructure, extend our offerings to be more full stack, pay top-of-market salaries to our teammates, and over time contribute more of our earnings to social good, something we’ve been at from the very becoming of this enterprise’s creation.
We are a bunch of very hungry and ambitious people. That’s our core dna.
And on that, we’ve strapped on the virtue of DOING GOOD over all else!
Deadly no? ;)
The party has only begun.
What a powerful video !! @_sankyy
@invideoOfficial 🙌🏼
If we look around, everything we see began with a single person who had an idea and acted on it. This film is an expression of it.
If you can have an idea, you can make it real @invideoOfficial
And here is @Restroworks CX Suite !
🍽️ Ever wished your food ordered itself?@Restroworks, the brains behind restaurant tech for Nando’s & Taco Bell, launches RestroNext CX Suite—a smart, all-in-one platform with kiosks, QR ordering, & branded delivery apps. @Aish_19_Anand brings the story.
@atulsian @NRAI_India
This @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has gone from being ridiculous to absolute thief. Painful as I am a 20 yr old customer for them.
Sold me an international roaming plan last year for 15/17k , never activated data pack as a part of promise, I kept on calling customer care only to receive -“we have forwarded your request” I got tired and through the year kept buying roaming data packs in each country even after paying for the larger plan.
NOW they have renewed it and charging again for second year without consent and customer care still giving same excuse !
Any idea what can i do?

BUT, this isn’t about money. It is a validation that India’s regional cultures deserve to shine. It is about envisioning a world where everyone is proud of their cultural identity.

I have covered presidential politics for 40 years. This was the most juvenile display by a President and Vice President I have ever seen. Other presidents treated their enemies with more respect. This is a low point and a dark day for the US.
Same feelings ! While I am not someone who will support the idea of war and economic destruction that it carries apart from Inevitable loss of lives on both sides, but getting bullied like this from an ally isn’t also worth enduring. Zelenskyy-The man is rock solid, may not be a diplomat but then so isn’t trump !
