I've never done a sales call for SurfacedBy.
A team that was paying for Siteline had one person run our free report. They skipped the trial and paid.
Then they sent this.
I still don't know how to do a sales call. The report did the selling.
Working on the Studio Mode dashboard today for SavePoint Broadcasting Software. #BuildInPublic
Hi @mixcloud, checking in to see if API based chat support is on the way. I'm hoping to get it added to @savepointfm. CC @MixcloudSupport
Anything in the works? 🙏🔮
Predictions:
α) The agentic future is not reliable until the compute is also self hosted.
β) Leased compute and self hosted compute need to compete.
γ) The frontier model leasing compute should also sell the self-hosted hardware.
δ) Consumer will pay 2k-15k for hardware that secures llm compute at current model capacity.

I put my website behind a proxy, and since I'm now logging all requests, it becomes quite easy to see how much of traffic is legitimate.
An impressive 87% of traffic comes from bots, crawlers and attacks
- 58% comes from bots
- 29% is attacking
- 13% looks like genuine human traffic
Of the 58% of bots:
- 55% claim to be a browser like Google Chrome etc. (but aren't)
- 20% provide no or an unknown user agent
- 19% are honest crawlers like Google, OpenAI, etc.
- 6% are scripts and tools like python, curl etc.
Leaving more than 50% of my weekly Claude Code sub on the table this week.
Would love to lease my extra tokens.
If we can solve this and the model TOS does not get in the way, then token reselling could be a large market.

Still driving 👀 here.
Trying to inspire people to build (or who are already building) tomorrow's client management harness manager.
Google Docs version is more comprehensive:

What does the agency-client relationship look like when AI can execute across the entire client stack?
@atwellpub maps the systems and revenue model he believes will emerge in the next 1–2 years.

Sites or people are using my old email addresses that have been exposed on the dark web to create accounts on dating websites.
I'm thinking about reasons why, and I've organized them from likely and light to unlikely and dark.
1) Spam to drive impressions
2) Spam to inflate users for raising capital
3) Rando squatting a hacked email for personal use
4) Opportunistic negative framing (targeted demographic).
5) Opportunistic negative framing (targeted individual).
It's most likely #1 and highly unlikely to be #5, as I have no real enemies. However, it's still annoying
These DBs are often insecure and leaked, with registrations logged by reputation-based companies. My 20-year-old email addresses may now show 2026 registrations on sites I've no real interest in or use.
Not really an issue, but also not not an issue.
