I later shared evidence with the House Oversight Committee, which subsequently questioned Lutnick behind closed doors.
My disclosures also contributed to regulatory action in the US and UK, including a £96m HMRC tax assessment relating to BGC’s partnership scheme. I believe the true tax exposure is substantially higher.
I also reported to the FBI and financial regulators matters involving Cantor Fitzgerald’s Relief Fund and BGC/Cantor’s annual 9/11 Charity Day.
The personal consequences of whistleblowing, and the retaliation I say followed, have been devastating for my family and me.
Mother Jones previously reported that documents I uncovered revealed a years-long business tie between Howard Lutnick, Cantor Fitzgerald and Jeffrey Epstein through AdFin, including a 2018 exchange in which Lutnick and Epstein discussed the company directly:

Before he created "Breaking Bad," Vince Gilligan co-wrote a TV episode about a hijacked passenger plane flying straight toward the World Trade Center.
It premiered six months before 9/11.
In the story, a secret group inside the U.S. government takes remote control of a Boeing 727 full of passengers. The plan is to crash it into the Twin Towers, blame foreign terrorists, and start a profitable war.
More than 13 million people watched it. The show was canceled a few months later, and most people forgot it ever existed.
On September 11, Gilligan watched the attacks on CNN like everyone else. As he looked at the smoke rising from the towers, one thought hit him:
"Wait a minute. We wrote this."

Türkiye’ye 2 kez gelen ABD'li genç Matthew'den Atatürk çıkışı: "Eskiden Atatürk’ün harika biri olduğunu düşünürdüm. Türkiye’ye ilk gittiğimde fotoğraflarını ve heykellerini her yerde görünce onun çok havalı biri olduğunu sanmıştım.
Ama Müslüman olduktan sonra bakış açım değişti. Türkiye’yi sözde modernleştirirken hilafeti kaldırdı, dini baskı altına aldı, başörtülü kadınlara eziyet edildi ve ezanın kelimeleri değiştirildi. İşte bu noktada ona olan yaklaşımım kökten değişti.
Dürüst olmak gerekirse artık bu adamdan hiç hoşlanmıyorum. Atatürk, Türkiye’ye çok zarar verdi; bu yüzden özellikle ülkenin batısında İslam’ın var olmadığını düşünüyorum. Bu adamı övmeyi bırakmalıyız.
Beni takip eden tüm Müslümanlara mesajım şudur: Lütfen İslâm’ı geri getirin. Türk halkının içindeki iman büyümeli, çünkü bu seküler taraf çok berbat.
