70 يومًا .. استمرار اختطاف الصحفي معمر إبراهيم
أكمل اليوم الصحفي السوداني معمر سبعون يومًا منذ أن تم اختطافه بواسطة مليشيا الدعم السريع بعد سقوط مدينة «الفاشر» في اواخر اكتوبر من العام الماضي، ومنذ ذلك اليوم وهو تحت بطش الدعم السريع.
الصحفي معمر مختطف لأنه قال الحقيقة للعالم، وكان الحلقة الرابطة بيننا وبين أهل الفاشر الذين ظلوا يعانون طوال مدة حصار مليشيا الدعم السريع لأكثر من 18 شهرًا.
الصحفي معمر يحتاج إلى منظمات حقوق الإنسان والنقابات الصحفية وأصوات السودانيين وأحرار العالم للضغط بكل السبل الممكنة لإطلاق سراحه، لانه لم يقل غير الحق وكان يمارس مهنتها الشريفة بكل مهنية وحيادية وصدق.

The question for him now is whether he’ll back the Stand Up for Sudan Act, blocking U.S. arms sales to the UAE until it stops providing material support to the RSF!

This is a petrol station in South Kordufan that was struck today by a UAE strategic drone most probably operated by Colombian mercenaries that took off from Ethiopia; at this point the RSF is merely a front for the UAE’s war on Sudan. 16 innocent civilians were killed in this attack!!

Al Hijra Primary School in Old Omdurman suffered extensive damage when Omdurman was at the epicentre of this war.
With all its classroom walls punctured by bullets and many of the school's walls and roofs having collapsed, this was one of our largest school reconstruction projects. We are pleased to have completed its reconstruction just days before the start of the new school year.
An estimated 8 million children in Sudan remain deprived of a basic education, and projects like this are vital to addressing that crisis.

This is just ridiculous gaslighting, by a billionaire who continues to try and use his influence to undermine Sudan and its sovereignty.
Last night drones flew from an Ethiopian airbase and attacked a power station in Omdurman plunging millions in the capital region into darkness. UAE Arms cargo flights continue to land in Libya and Chad before they are transported by land into Darfur. South Sudanese mercenaries continue to show up on the frontlines fighting for the RSF. Yet, despite all this Mo Ibrahim would have you believe that it is Sudan that is the threat to its neighbours and not the other way around.
Also the notion that Sudan is becoming increasingly ungovernable is a demonstrable lie, at the start of last year militiamen had turned large parts of Khartoum in to a ghost town today 3 million displaced people have returned to Khartoum, together with the Government that has relocated back to Khartoum; with the RSF having largely been pushed back to Darfur.

يكمل اليوم الأخ الحبيب معمر إبراهيم عاما كاملا في قبضة مليشيا الدعم السريع، التي اعتقلته يوم سيطرتها على مدينة الفاشر في 26 أكتوبر 2025، عقب حصار قاسٍ امتد لنحو 18 شهرا، شهدت خلاله المدينة عمليات قصف وتجويع وانتهاكات واسعة بحق المدنيين ..
كان معمر أحد أبرز الأصوات الصحفية التي نقلت لنا وللعالم معاناة أهالي الفاشر من داخل المدينة، وظل يوثق الأحداث ويتعاون مع مؤسسات إعلامية إقليمية ودولية لإيصال ما يجري إلى العالم، رغم المخاطر التي واجهها طوال فترة الحصار وقصف منزله عدد من المرات ..
وفي يوم سقوط المدينة، اعتقلته مليشيا الدعم السريع، ولا يزال محتجزا لديها حتى اليوم، بعد عام كامل من انقطاعه عن ممارسة عمله الصحفي وحياته الطبيعية ..

Absolutely. It was a devastating day. I think what hurts the most is the deliberate disregard and ignorance of the international community even though we have warned for a year, and to this day no tangible measures were taken to bring justice. It’s almost like nth happened.

This day a year ago was the beginning of the fall of El fashir city. 6k people were murdered in the first 3 days. It’s estimated the death toll could be up to 60 thousand. It was so gruesome blood could be seen from satellite images painting the earth red.
